Hmm well all I had was water and I figure it was about 2 quarts worth

The last thing I paid for by myself? The Raising Godly Seed book by Denny Keneston I bought used from a friend.

Here at home where I want to be.

Brown though it hopes to be red before winter's out.

In a french canning jar on the kitchen counter

It was fairly warm and now is getting cloudy and COOOLLLDD

Really good vanilla.

14. What excites you?
Excites huh? Having endless amount of money to spend buying groceries. I really really love getting to buy whatever I want at Wild Oats, stocking up on salmon, organic juice for a treat, just getting to get whatever I want.

15. Do you want to cut your hair?
No. I keep it pretty long and it's between my mid back and bottom now. I did have a MOMENT yesterday where I thought maybe I should get a trendy long layered do instead of my bone straight one length one I have now, but I'm too much of a scaredy cat for that I think.

yes. I'm 30.

17. Do you talk a lot?
Why yes I do. I drive my mom totally crazy most of the time I think. She tries to just grin and bear it but eventually, especially when she visits, she tells me to shush.

Used to. Do I now? I don't think so.

Dude who doesn't have a ginormous vocabulary of words they make up?

Try not to be but I am probably more than I care to admit. SO is that a yes? Probably. Ugh.

Adam. He was a good friend that used to live with us in New Mexico. We haven't talked to him in years but I'd still hug him and jump right into conversation with him if I saw him now!

Does this mean the last person who called here? My mom.

I don't text message people.

God I hope not.

Noper. Straight as straight can be.

Well I"m about to go to bed. As far as away from the house? To pick up my mom from the airport Thursday I think.

Hmm I don't have a lot of rude people I have in my life, but since they're still in training I'd say my children :) Though they aren't rude, just they are still in the process of having the wrinkles ironed out.

30. What was the last thing you ate?
Now if I had known I was going to answer this, I'd have NOT eaten that brownie. But a brownie. Or does a taste of Clay's oatmeal count? I should have said that.

31. Will you get married in the future?
Only if I am renewing my vows to my amazing current hubby.;

32. What’s the best movie you’ve seen in the past 2 weeks?
Hmm... this is hard. I have seen a lot of movies and can't remember ONE right now. Have to get back to you on this one.

33. Is there anyone you like right now?
I like all my children. They are truly my best friends outside of Clay. As they should be.

36. Did you cry today?
Wish I could say no, but darn that Oprah and her favorite things show. I cry EVERY YEAR when she surprises them that they are on the FT show. Seeing people truly overcome with happiness like that makes me cry every year. There are people screaming, crying, lifting their hands up to Jesus. How fun for them.

37. Why did you answer and post this?
Because I hate tags of all kinds but have started enjoying some memes more than most normal tags and liked this one and I am also procrastinating from getting up, getting the baby, climbing upstairs, changing my clothes, nursing the baby that wakes up, telling Clay to shush when he groans cause the baby cried when I was putting on my jammies, then having a hard time falling asleep..... only to have the morning come two minutes later by children who have been waking up WAY too early lately and a whole day of chores around the house and outside prepping for mom to come... and..... :)

Baby? What Baby?

By now you are surely beginning to forget that I actually have a sweet, wonderful and amazingly cute baby. I mean how could you be expected to remember when years seem to go by without a single picture of the most adorable baby on the planet? So here I sit WAY too late to be up, having just finished making Clay a bowl of his new favorite thing to eat when he wakes up at 4:30 (I mean WHO gets up at 4:30 in the morning? Really now) anyways.. oatmeal. Sure I make him a 3 egg sandwich too that he eats for "breakfast" at work. I suppose it's second breakfast cause now he eats oatmeal before he walks out the door. In times past I would get up and make him said oatmeal at 4:30 AM but alas those times are NOT right now. Anyways, so with a baby that is refusing to stay asleep until an ungodly hour, and all sorts of evening chores that can't be done while said baby is awake, I sit here WAY too late to be up reminding the world (well a certain special 30 people segment of the world that read this blog) reminding ya'll that I have the cutest, sweetest, smartest, most loving and talented baby in the entire world. Already I am making those out there that love this baby with their entire heart happy with just the thought that they will have baby pictures to look at and print and brag to their friends about (because REALLY who wouldn't brag to everyone they know if THEIR great-grandson was as insanely CUTE as Garrison is?) Yes Gramma, these are for you. It's late and I'm going to stay up an extra 10 minutes while my very slow hughesnet internet uploads these three sweet pictures. The one, the only... Garrison Paul....

Are you a Complainer?

Well stop it. It's annoying.

Oh sorry that was supposed to be a note to ME............ STOP BEING A COMPLAINER. No one likes complaining. Not even myself, the complainee.

Does this not apply to everyone?! The whole "what I don't want to do I DO, what I don't want to do I DON'T DO" concept, the whole idea of that just is how my life feels. Ever get to where you just wonder what is wrong with you? All the things you want to do you don't do. All the thing you don't want to do you do? Ack! The worst! Of course considering it's now a day after my plan and announcement to blog :) I could add blogging to the list of things I want to do and don't.

But I was inspired by wonderful Katie when she said she wants to excel in every day. I just push through every day most of the time. So the last couple days I strived to excel in my day. Man making a conscious effort to do the best with every day sure changes things. Had Clay come home and tell me a whole hearted thank you for how clean the house was. Gotta make sure he feels that way ALL the time right? But it feels SO good to get things done, so good to feel productive.

Funny how I always want to blog when things are great and I'm getting loads done everyday. Then I run away and hide when the laundry gets out of control again LOL!! Oh well... But here I am excelling today and things are looking great around here. Though I do need to finish this up so I can start the sourdough (I'll post about that tomorrow - well I'll try :) ) and I need to put the chicken on.

I bought a load of chicken quarters (bones in and all that) and will be simmering them until they fall apart in some yummy spaghetti sauce I'm making. Man spaghetti with shreddded chicken and all the yummy chicken fat and everything in it? The best. THOUGH I can't eat the spaghetti. :( I'll have having the sauce over sauteed zucchini. It looks like the baby might have allergies like Adric did as he seems to be getting some eczema and itching it. Poor Adric lived with socks on his hands so he wouldn't tear his skin up. It was so sweet yet so sad. I'll scan the picture from Disneyworld with Mickey where baby Adric has his socks on his hands. Kind of cute and funny really since he's so happy with Mickey and smiling and has socks on his hands. But nothing worked until I did an elimination diet where I cut out everything. His skin cleared right up! So I added things back in (oh yeah he was breastfeeding so his allergens came from me...) and found out he was allergic to dairy. We found out later some other things he was allergic to - eggs and sesame, and recently cats but that seems to have went away, it was totally weird. But as I was saying, I'm going to go back on the dreaded diet. No wheat, soy, corn, dairy, eggs, peanuts, or sesame. I think that's all. It will be a long hard road but nothing is as bad as a baby who itches. Gotta do what's best for the angel boy.

So here's a couple pictures since I don't have any more time to talk :) I have so many things to talk about. I need to hop back on the blogging bandwagon!
First is a sweet one :) Cassie is my right hand girl when it comes to taking care of Garrison. Here's another in a long list of ones I have of her cuddling and nurturing the baby doll. He was almost asleep :)

Well typepad isn't letting me put pictures for some reason so it'll have to be a big ole boring wordy post and nothing else. What fun is that? Not a single picture. Drat on typepad. :)
I'll try and post again tonight when I actually might have 5 minutes (though Friday night I'm not usually on the computer late). Off to make the sourdough so it MIGHT be done by dinner (cuttin it close, might have to warm the oven for the rise) and start dinner. Yes, gotta love knowing what you're making so you can put it on at noon. Man it'll be so yummy simmered for that long!!!!!

Maybe I'll warm up the amazing chicken soup I made the other day for dinner. As I've talked about I always make the stock homemade. But it had bay leaves, a little italian seasoning and Mrs Dash, celtic sea salt, fresh ground pepper and  I added a bit of coconut milk and curry. It had zucchini and of course the trio (onions, carrots and celery) but also potatoes and ACORN SQUASH - which made it amazing. and then a splash of cream at the end. I guess I've sufficiently talked myself into going right now to eat some. Yummy yummy.

To blog I am posting a "blog entry coming tonight" announcement. Okay so that sounds kind of high on myself that anyone would care to have an announcement, but it's really for me and no one else. I really want to get back to blogging regularly again but have been slacking so now I HAVE to. I think. :)
